Bonanza Antlers Girls Soccer 6-3 Douglas

Bonanza picked up a convincing 6-3 road victory over Douglas on Tuesday in East Cascades Conference (2A) girls soccer, giving the Bonanza, Oregon program a signature win away from home. The Pirates poured in six goals against a Douglas side that showed fight with three of their own, but Bonanza's offensive output proved too much to overcome across the full 80 minutes. The win carries real weight in the league standings. Bonanza improves to 5-5 overall and 3-2 in conference play, moving to the right side of .500 for the first time this fall after entering the match at 4-5. A road win against a league opponent tends to build confidence quickly, and the Pirates now find themselves in a strong position with the final stretch of the regular season approaching. Bonanza will look to carry this momentum forward and continue climbing in the East Cascades Conference standings as postseason positioning comes into focus in the coming weeks.
