Klamath Sports Hub is a local sports information platform operated out of Klamath Falls, Oregon. We provide game schedules, scores, youth sports program listings, and notifications for the the Klamath Basin community.

We collect the following personal information when you voluntarily provide it through our website forms:

• Email addresses: for delivering game-day alerts, score updates, registration reminders, and newsletters
• Phone numbers: for SMS notifications (game reminders, score alerts) and coach score reporting
• Children's birth years and sport interests: provided by parents/guardians to receive relevant youth program alerts

Information about children is provided by their parents or legal guardians through our parent signup forms. We do not knowingly collect personal information directly from children under 13 without verifiable parental consent. If you believe we have inadvertently collected information from a child under 13, please contact us immediately at privacy@klamathsportshub.com and we will promptly delete it.

Klamath Sports Hub operates two SMS programs: a public score and schedule alert program for fans, parents, and community members, and a coach score reporting network.

Public alerts program. Fans, parents, and community members opt in through our website (klamathsportshub.com) by entering their phone number on our signup or team-follow forms, selecting the teams or sports they want to follow, and checking a box agreeing to receive recurring text messages from Klamath Sports Hub. Messages include game day reminders, score updates, schedule changes, end-of-night scoreboards, and youth registration deadline alerts for the teams the user has chosen to follow.

Coach reporting network. Coaches are personally invited to participate in our score reporting network. Coach phone numbers are provided directly to Klamath Sports Hub staff and are used to send game day reminders and to receive game scores reported by text. We do not send marketing messages via SMS.

Consent is not a condition of purchase or use of our services.

Message frequency:Varies by season and by the teams you follow. Public alert subscribers typically receive 2–10 messages per week during active sports seasons. Coaches typically receive 1–3 messages per game day during active seasons.

Opting out: Reply STOP to any message to unsubscribe from all Klamath Sports Hub SMS communications. Reply HELP for assistance.

Data sharing: Phone numbers collected for SMS communications are used solely to deliver the alerts you have opted in to. We do not sell, rent, or share phone numbers with third parties or affiliates for marketing purposes.

Costs: Message and data rates may apply. Klamath Sports Hub does not charge for SMS messages, but standard carrier rates from your wireless provider apply.

We use the information we collect to:

• Send game-day alerts, score updates, and registration reminders via email and SMS
• Deliver relevant youth program information based on your preferences
• Process and publish game scores submitted by coaches
• Improve our website and services through analytics

We use the following third-party services to operate our platform:

• Twilio: SMS message delivery
• Resend: email delivery
• Supabase: data storage and authentication
• Google Analytics: website usage analytics
• Vercel: website hosting

Each of these services has their own privacy policies governing the data they process on our behalf.

We do not sell or share your personal data with third parties for marketing purposes. We only share data with the third-party service providers listed above as necessary to operate our platform and deliver notifications to you.

We use Google Analytics to understand how visitors use our website. Google Analytics uses cookies to collect information about your browsing behavior, including pages visited, time on site, and referring sources. This data is aggregated and anonymous. You can opt out of Google Analytics by installing the Google Analytics Opt-out Browser Add-on.

We retain your personal data for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide our services. If you unsubscribe from notifications, we will remove your information from our active mailing and messaging lists. You may request complete deletion of your data at any time.
