Bonanza Antlers Girls Soccer 0-5 Rogue River

Rogue River handed Bonanza a 5-0 defeat Thursday evening in a girls soccer league match played in Bonanza, Oregon, as the visitors dominated from start to finish in East Cascades Conference (2A) play. The Brave were unable to find the back of the net against a sharp Rogue River side that controlled much of the contest and finished with five unanswered goals. The shutout loss was a difficult one at home for Bonanza, which now sits at 5-8 overall and 3-5 in conference play after the setback. With the regular season winding down, the margin for error tightens for Bonanza as it looks to close out the year on a stronger note. The team will need to tighten its defensive shape and generate more consistent offense if it hopes to finish with momentum heading into the postseason. Bonanza fans will want to keep an eye on the schedule for the team's next league opportunity to pick up a result.
