Lakeview Honkers Football 8-37 Rogue River

Rogue River handed Lakeview a 37-8 football defeat Friday night in a Southern Cascade League (2A) contest played in Lakeview, Oregon. The Honkers were unable to generate enough offense to keep pace, as Rogue River built a commanding lead and controlled much of the game from the opening quarter. Lakeview's lone score offered a brief moment of promise, but the Rams answered decisively and never allowed the Honkers back into contention. The loss drops Lakeview to 0-7 overall and 0-3 in league play as the season enters its final stretch.
