Lost River Raiders Baseball 6-16 Brookings-Harbor

Ten runs in the opening innings put Lost River in an early hole they couldn't climb out of in Thursday's baseball season opener against Brookings-Harbor. The visiting Bruins jumped ahead quickly and never looked back, securing a 16-6 non-league victory at Lost River's home diamond.

Brookings-Harbor's explosive offensive attack proved too much for the Rangers to contain, as the Bruins collected multiple hits in nearly every inning. Lost River managed to plate six runs of their own, showing they can generate offense when given opportunities at the plate.
