Bonanza Antlers Football 26-56 Chiloquin

Chiloquin handed Bonanza a tough football loss Friday night, rolling to a 56-26 victory in an East Cascades Conference (2A) matchup played in Bonanza, Oregon. The final margin tells the story of a game that got away from the Braves in what has been a challenging stretch of league play.

The 30-point defeat drops Bonanza to 2-4 overall and 0-2 in conference play, leaving the Braves in a difficult spot as the postseason picture begins to sharpen across the 2A landscape. Chiloquin's offense proved too much to contain on this night, and despite Bonanza finding the end zone multiple times, the defense could not keep pace with the Wolves' scoring output.

The Braves will need to regroup quickly. Every remaining league game now carries added weight if Bonanza hopes to build momentum heading into the final weeks of the regular season. Their next opportunity comes next week, and the coaching staff will be looking for a more complete performance on both sides of the ball.
