Chiloquin Panthers Football 40-30 Riddle

A 40-30 road victory over Riddle on Friday night moved Chiloquin football into the win column in Mountain Valley League (1A) play, a welcome result for the program out of Chiloquin, Oregon. The Hawks made the trip to Riddle and came away with a ten-point decision that carries real weight as the second half of the season approaches. The scoring output of 40 points on the road speaks to an offense that found its rhythm when it mattered, and the defense did just enough down the stretch to secure the result despite Riddle putting 30 on the board. The win squares Chiloquin's league record at 1-1 and pushes the overall mark to 3-3, a meaningful turnaround after entering the night at 2-3. With the season at the midpoint, Friday's result gives the Hawks genuine momentum heading into the weeks ahead. Chiloquin will look to build on this performance when they return to action next week.
